I have just re-watched The Leap Home part 2 and I have a giant case of the goose bumps. I do however, have a question about Sam's ability to change history. In this episode Sam saves his brother , Tom, from being killed. Even though Sam was not sent back for this purpose in his original leap he changes history. Does Tom die? If he doesn't die, how does this alter history for Sam? Is there any other mention of Tom in future episodes?
 
In the original History Tom died in Vietnam,but after Sam saved him in the above, Tom went back home,alive. Tom was mentioned a few times in a later episode of QL,episode 511 - "Promised Land",where we Actuelly learn Sam remember very Clearly,that he saved Tom.

Honestly - I don't know,i don't remember QL really dealed with it or really mentioned it after "The Leap Home 2",except in "promise Land".
