I was just reading the latest issue of SFX magazine when I found this excerpt, about cliff-hanger endings in TV series with a little bit of QL:
''Ouch - it still hurts. But not as much as the final episode of Quantum Leap, in which Sam Beckett not only fails to return home, but is advised by the powers-that-be that his leaps are going to ''get tougher''. Good lord, how twisted is that little nugget of information? How worried must Quantum Leap fans still be after all these years?''
The last line made me chuckle, if only they knew.......:banghead
