Could anyone help me with this?

I got a letter in the post on Tuesday morning with no address on the envelope. The writing is all in Chinese. I'm guessing that whoever posted it posted it themselves, and there are no Chinese people in my area, so it couldn't be a mistake. Most likely, it's a joke, but I'd like to make sure that it's not important.

I took it to my cousin's old maths teacher, as he was Chinese and could read the language, but unfortunately, it's traditional Chinese and is written backwards. The characters are quite big, and the handwriting looks awful.

I'm not so much looking for any of you to translate it (unless you can), but asking for a place on the internet where someone might be able to help me.

Thanks in advance.

I input "traditional chinese translation" into Google, and came up with mostly businesses that offer translation services. I also saw a couple of forums and blogs listed. That may help your search some.
