R2 Leap Outs. All Correct! Is it possible?

I just had a quick flip through the R2 set of DVD's and notice that all the leap outs are correct. Considering our sticky at the top about leap outs we should of some that were incorrect for repeats like previous seasons.

Did the R1 set have any wrong leap outs?

Nope; I guess by the time season four rolled around, they realized the leap repeats were confusing to fans and interrupted the flow.
