Father of Zo? Malvison.

A British doctor who worked at a governmental project in 1959. He murdered Dr. Hudson who was working on Perfect Clean Hydrogen Bomb experiments -- to create an atomic bomb with little or no traces of radioactive fallout.

He stole Dr. Garner's Time Displacer Unit Research. He used a truth serum to learn of Sam's identity and gained information about P. Q. L. He sold his time-travel secrets to Nathaniel Lothoman and in turn gave Lothoman the ability to start his Evil Leaper project.

He was killed for selling secrets to the Chinese and Australian Leap projects.

"Evil" is the wrong adjective for Dr. Braden. "Greedy" is what he is. He's one greedy scientist who'll sell his new found info to anyone who'd be able to pay a VERY high price. $$
