Thank goodness for street view!

I did a google map search for the convention site(Holiday Inn @ Beverly Garland). You can actually see the area at ground level by clicking on the following link. I envy the people who do this for a living. Drive around major metropolitan areas(e.g. Boston, Indianaopolis) and taking stillshots of the area.

Just click on Street view, zoom in on Los Angeles, type "Beverly Garland Holiday Inn" in the search bar, hit enter and click on the street where it says "A".
