Brian Greene, another Sam Beckett?....

Project QL Intern
I did a google search a while ago on "Brian Greene" and most of the results that appeared were of some physicist named Brian Greene. That's where I found the link about the Super String Theory. It's at:
www.lassp.cornell.edu/Gra...reene.html
:leap
Recently, I was bored and decided to "Google" Brian *D* Greene. One of the results there was a link to QL: TVS; the author page with the ninth season finale "Mirror Expression". That's an episode that I have decided to work up from the beginning of TVS and read the tenth season at the same time(so to speak). As of now, I have only read 601 and 602. Which reminds me, I'll have my TEA for the premiere ASAP!

If I remember correctly, my name was the first one that I typed in there. I never saw my first and last names together. I continued to type in other people's names. I've even did a search for my own sn getting some results that were links to message postings by me.

Just who are you Brian? A Quantum Physic designing a website about a fictional Quantum Physic? Mmmmh, too close to be a coincidence. Come on Brian (Sam), tell all!

Leap On!

Ok you got me!

Theorizing that a pizza manager could create a website, Brian Greene turned on his computer and began creating pages. Pressured by bandwidth usage and file storage capacities, he upgraded his server and his cash vanished.

He re-emerged to find himself in debt, but with enough space and bandwidth to add more videos that were not his own. His only help on this journey were the fans of Quantum Leap, who appeared on the messageboard in the form of screen names that only we can read.

Trapped in the site, Brian manages the videos, sounds, and information, striving to bring Quantum Leap back to the screen and hoping each day that the next time he logs on, will be the day we all get to leap home.

Brian, that was absolutely hilarious! I can't stop laughing... :rollin :rollin :lol :lol :rollin :rollin I'm glad that I'm at home and not in the computer lab reading that... I'd have quite a few people staring at me, like what happened to poor Gelf.

Re: Brian's Saga Cell

Only just caught up with this thread, sitting here waiting for the piano tuner.
My daughter is threatening to have me certified if I don't stop laughing!
Absolutely brilliant Brian, and put me down for one of those drinks too.

Re: Brian's Saga Cell

Ross,

All the leapers can enjoy my smilies link. That's primarily why I got my website, to be brutally honest. I could run my karaoke site off a "free server", but you know, sixty dollars a year is a small price for me to pay to thoroughly enjoy my online time! And I've like NEVER had any downtime!!

The emoticon/smilies link is at <a href="http://www.knightshow.com/smilies" target="_new">http://www.knightshow.com/smilies</a>

If you wanna put the image on the site, you click on the left hand side of your post on the "image" link, and then you merely copy and paste the name of the smilie that you want to put in it.

So if you want the "toofunny.gif" image to work, you have to get the link which is http://www.knightshow.com/smilies/toofunny.gif, and copy the url into your memory. (using CNTL-C) Then click on the IMAGE button. PASTE in the link, and follow the basic directions.

Your result when you do that?

<img border=0 src="http://www.knightshow.com/smilies/toofunny.gif" />

You need to have your post in the FORMAT of HTML for it to work. Select the HTML option.

Otherwise, it's sorta similar with the EZcodes... for help with that, read the "Using EzPost" link BELOW the HTML codes on the left hand side of your POSTING area.

Any questions, email me and I'll walk ya through it!

LEAPERS UNITE!!
