Default Peter Falk has passed away

Peter Falk, who was most famous for his role as "Columbo" has passed away. He'll be missed!

Default RIP Columbo

I always remember one line he said which I quote often...

"I'm afraid of heights, I don't even like being this tall!"

A sad loss.

Peter Falk was great in Columbo,I always got a kick out of his rumpled coat and beat up old Peugeot convertible! he would act slow witted so the criminals would get cocky and hang themselves.

Oh yeah!...Just one more thing! I forgot to mention "dog" his Bassett hound! He really complemented his owner. "Dog" was all rumpled too!

It's really a shame that we don't make tv shows like that anymore.Columbo was always well written and required the viewer to pay attention,I suppose that would present a problem with today's short attention spans. Lol!

He also had a small role in "It's a Mad,Mad,Mad,Mad World" as a cab driver. For those who have never seen it I would highly recommend it.It's a hilarious movie full of famous stars.

The gas station scene with Jonathan Winters,Arnold Stang and Marvin Kaplan is a riot! By the way,Stang and Kaplan worked together on "Top Cat" Stang was the voice of "T.C." and Kaplan was "Choo Choo".
