First of all, I'd like to apologize if any of the terminology in the story proves incorrect; I've never worked in a hospital so I might mix up precedures (or invent ones that are nonexistent). Second, yes, I know my grammer needs a little improving, so I hope you'll ignore any mistakes you come across until the end of the story. Despite massive rewriting and proof reading, there may be a few big errors still lurking around. Any *constructive* comments on this area are always welcome. Anyway, there is a reference to a leap that I have not had a chance to write yet. Hopefully, this will not prove to be a big stumbling block in the story, but if you really need all the details, please feel free to e-mail me. Also, I assume that Sam started leaping in 1996 and the story is set two years after Sam's "Mirror Image" leap. Just as a little side note (I realize that this is getting quite long) I wrote this story while listening to Enya's "Anywhere Is". Does anyone else think that lyrics are a perfect synopsis of Sam's situation? I appreciate any helpful commentary that you have on my little creation.
