Subject: "Ships in the Night" part 0

This my third entry, and the only one which CANNOT be read independently.
So, if you haven't read, "Donna's Song", please go back and do so.  Although
it's not impossible to understand without it, it would make a lot more sense
read as the sequel it is. :)

This story and "Donna's Song" came out of my dissatisfaction with the ending
of "Mirror Image" especially when balanced against the end of "The Leap
Back".  So, for those of you who didn't like "The Leap Back" you may not
like this, but I do try to repair some of the problems people had with
Donna's character in TLB, so give it a chance! :)  Also, if you want to know
what Donna looks like in my stories, just picture Teri Hatcher at around
forty-five or so. :)

Also, I may not post the very end of the story until I get a few opinions on
how it should turn out from readers, since I'm not completely happy with my
ending for it.  If you have any ideas, feel free to send them to me.  I may
not use them, or they may just help fuel my own ideas, but I will welcome them.
