I have no
professional acting education or background, but I've been doing voice acting for the past
2 years now (mainly through an anime-centered VA community called FLAVA) and played over a
dozen different roles. I grew up in Louisville, Kentucky and have always wished to go
"pro" with my voice, I feel I just need the opportunity. My non-acting education includes an AA and a
BBA of Marketing & Management.
I've always enjoyed the
Quantum Leap series and faithfully watched until its series finale. In the radio play two
main roles, with very different voices. In the radio play I play the role of Dalton, a
very wicked character... I can't really say anymore than that... you'll have to listen to
the radio play to find out about him. *chuckles* And of course, the lovable and geeky
Gushie... it's always nice to play such different voices, it's good exercise.
Hobbies? Well... I consider
myself a bit eccletic. I enjoy outdoor type things like camping and hiking. I'm also a big
anime (japanese animation) fan with my favorite series being Rurouni Kenshin, X, El
Hazard, Steam Detectives, and Magic Knight Rayearth. I'm also hooked on Smurfs, don't ask
me why... I guess I just never grew out of them. *laughs* I also do weight training,
graphic design, photo editing, poetry, music (techno/rave style stuff), advertising, and
when I'm bored I make cat toys and obsess about the Sega Saturn. Scared yet? ; )
