WOW - what a great seat! So sorry you can't make it.
This is a real ticket for sale - best seat in the house now available: B 44. Grab it quickly! But be warned: This seat is so close to the stage that if Scott Bakula sneezes, you might get a little wet! LOL

Yes, unfortunately, circumstances are such I am unable to travel so far
So hope there's someone out there who would be interested; yes it certainly is seat B44
