IMPORTANT DEALER INFORMATION

THE LEAP BACK 2009, INC. RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DENY ACCESS TO ANY DEALER IF WE FEEL THAT PARTICIPATION BY SUCH DEALER WILL HARM THE CONVENTION IN ANY MANNER. THE LEAP BACK 2009, INC. AND THE CONVENTION COMMITTEE WILL MAKE THE FINAL DECISION IN THESE CASES.

Dealers are responsible for selling all items legally, as well as government and/or tax licenses, and insurance. We do not allow the sale of pornographic materials and please keep in mind that this event will include children.

Promotion of genre events is allowed as this is a one-time-only event and non-competitive with other conventions and events. Please make sure any materials you are using are in good taste and child-appropriate.

Dealers agree to hold harmless The Leap Back 2009, Inc. from loss or damage of merchandise or injury sustained during attendance. The Dealer's room will be loosely monitored by volunteer security during open hours and locked by The Beverly Garland Holiday Inn during non-show hours. No volunteer security will be provided during panels featuring Scott Bakula or Dean Stockwell. The Leap Back 2009, Inc. takes no responsibility for items lost or stolen at any time: it is up to dealers to carry insurance for their goods.

Please keep your area neat and clean. Bring along a trash bag to collect your garbage and food left-overs. The Dealers room must be vacated by 6pm on Sunday.

Our dealers room will be open on Saturday, March 28th and Sunday, March 29th. Packages below are priced for both days. One day submissions will be handled on a case-by-case basis if room is available.
