LBT when making your reservation to secure The Leap Back 2009 rate.
REMINDER: If for some reason
you must cancel your hotel stay, you must do so by calling the hotel at least 72 hours
ahead to avoid being charged. If you sold your ticket to another party, you must still
cancel your room.
The Leap Back 2009 group
rate is $149.00 per night. This
includes your choice of two double beds or one king bed. Anyone who wishes to arrive early
or extend their stay will be able to get The Leap Back 2009 rate 3 days prior to the
convention and 2 days after, based upon availability.

Important note about
online reservations: If you try to book
your room online for dates prior to and/or after the actual dates of the convention and
the site tells you there are no rooms available for those dates, try booking just the
convention dates March 27 through March 29. Or, call the hotel directly and book your room
with the extended dates included. You may have to pay more for the room on the days before
and after. If in doubt - call them!
Check-in time: 3:00 pm; while every effort is made to accommodate guests
arriving before the check-in time, rooms may not be available.
Check-out time: 12:00 noon; requests to retain rooms beyond that hour should
be directed to the Front Office Manager the morning of departure. Should it be possible to
extend a late check-out, a late departure charge may be applied.
Cut-off date: Last date reservations will be accepted is: February 27,
2009.
Reservations requested after
this date will be accepted on a space available basis at the current Beverly Garland rate;
not at The Leap Back 2009 rate.
