Here is my Author's notes.



	Hello to all you Quantum Leap and Star Trek:The Original Series fans 
out there!!  I'm glad you're taking the time to read my first Quantum 
Leap story, "Quantum Kirk".  I hope you enjoy it, but before you 
start reading, I have a few things I'd like to say.  First, since 
this is the first time I've written a story about either Quantum Leap 
or Star Trek, I'd appreciate comments, compliments, or constructive 
critisism.  Please E-Mail me.  I'd appreciate it if people would 
correct me on technical facts, since I haven't seen all of the 
Quantum Leap episodes and the ones I have seen, I saw a long time ago.
  I did watch Star Trek II: The Wrath Of Khan recently to check my 
facts, but I may still be off on some things-please let me know if I 
am!  I have most of the story written, but I have to type it.  I hope 
to get all the chapters posted as soon as I can.  I'd like to thank 
Elliott C. Buchholz-your story "Quantum Trekking" was the inspiration 
for "Quantum Kirk".  Another special thank you goes to Terri M. 
Librande
- "Bookends" helped me with a few technical terms.  And thank you 
Diane Duane, author of the Star Trek novel Doctor's Orders, which 
helped me witrh other technical terms concerning time travel in Star 
Trek.  But my biggest thank yous go to Gene Roddenberry for creating 
Star Trek, Donald P. Bellisario for creating Quantum Leap, William 
Shatner  for his portrayal of Captain Kirk, Scott Bakula for his 
portrayal of Dr. Beckett, and most of all DeForest Kelley for his 
wonderful portrayal of Dr. McCoy (My favorite actor AND character).
