The Obsessed Leaper lists in this directory (file names
"obsessed-leaper.####", where #### is a four-digit number) contain articles
from the newsgroup rec.arts.sf.tv.quantum-leap, where sometime in late 1994
a thread called "You know you're an obsessed Leaper when..." was started. I
collected the contributions to this and related threads and compiled them
to lists, sorted by month and year (that's what the four-digit number
means; the articles in "obsessed-leaper.9506", for example, appeared in the
group in June, 1995).

Other than on this FTP site, you can find the lists on one of my WWW pages
(http://www.lingsoft.fi/~simon/quantum_leap/index.html).

And may I point out that I don't really own the lists; the articles in the
lists are owned by whoever wrote them, and the only things that belong to
me are the articles *I* contributed and, possibly, the algorithm I use for
compiling the lists.

If you find an article of yours in one of these lists, and you don't want
it to appear there, please tell me (e-mail to julia.simon@lingsoft.fi). I
will then delete the offending article(s) from my archives and from my WWW
pages and upload the new, modified version of the list(s) in question to
this FTP site. Also, if you want me to keep your articles but change
something (e.g. delete your e-mail address for privacy reasons), drop me a
mail, too. - Apart from these kinds of changes, the articles in the lists
are as they appeared on Usenet.
