"Good Morning, Peoria"

Cut Scenes:

The third version of the script is dated 23rd September 1989 and is very close to the finished production.

In common with the early episodes, it does not open with a flashback to the previous week (even though this would be added later).

Al explains briefly the possible legalities of a local law against rock 'n' roll music.

During one of Sam's manic broadcasts, he puts on a "Japanese accent" and uses this to refer to Ike Eisenhower as "U See My Golf Tee".

It's clear from the script that Sam's slight rasping as The Invisible Man is meant to be an impression of Al.

Rachel gently accuses Sam of checking out her underwear while he was fixing the console.

Beeman's attempts to convince the Sheriff to break into WOF is a little earlier.

Sam does not do a Woody Woodpecker voice just after bringing the station back the second time (this appears to be an ad-lib by Bakula).

There is a longer argument between Rachel and Beeman over the phone.

The fighting gangs of kids outside the station build up much more naturally over two confrontations.

Sam says "if I keep coming back, they're going to have to change my name to Lazarus" - in the transmitted version, the final word is spoken over but it appears to be something different.

When they exit WOF in triumph, Splish Splash is playing (not Tutti Frutti) and a representative from a Chicago radio station tries to hire Rachel.
