Another Buddy Holly connection?

Well all know that Sam changed Piggy Sue into Peggy Sue, but did Sam give Buddy another song in Quantum Leap? The last thing that Buddy heard "Sam" say was Oh Boy. Name another Buddy song...... "Oh Boy!" Can't believe I've never spotted that before. :hurray:

hey ziggyego i knew that already. also, in evil leaper episodes, oh boy by buddy holly was on when he was the midnight maurauder..aka arnold. in real life, it was based on a friend's wife. ok, i love buddy holly music. he's from lubbock...not much older than my dad's dad and from the same area. also, his real name was charles hardin...and my dad's mom's adoptive family's name was harten. cool.

Never noticed Oh Boy playing in the background of Return of the Leaper. I must keep my ears peeled the next time I watch that DVD.

i love the '40s, '50s, '60s, and '80s pop/rock & punk...disco, to quote sam, i'd rather die...and well, the '90s grunge & goth isn't so bad...and yes, r&b with louie armstrong, nat king cole, rhianna, and sean paul.

buddy holly, john lennon, tracy chapman and cyndi lauper (bow to the goddess) are the best of the best.
