The Rod has a gripe.

Sci Fi is apparently up for grabs once again, and the prospect of the QL film appears to be dimming. People ALL around the world will ask why, and Sci Fi will probably say something along the lines of "Couldn’t get funding" or "Not commercially viable"

Now, can ANY of you great Leapers out there TELL The Rod why?

Before any of you try, Allow The Rod to answer for you:

As long as Garbage like this is being spun off into the theatres, Quantum Leap doesn’t stand a chance. You see, The Nozokies (Nozzles who just HAPPEN to be Jamokies as well)over at Sci Fi’s new owners will be saying:

"The public don’t want a great plot, hell they don’t even wanna see great effects. All they wanna see is some Jamokies trying to Kill themselves"

Hell, if it were up to The Rod, Let Em!!!

Get your Nozokie asses back over to Bellisario and BEG him to make QL the way it SHOULD Be done!

A Quantum Crossover

With the sad passing of Dennis Wolfberg, Ziggy will not have her faithful programmer Gooshie with her, when QL returns.

With this in mind, The Rod has devised a way to incoporate a new programmer, 2 new characters and also to PLEASE millions (and MILLIONS, sorry, couldn’t resist it!!) of fans worldwide.

He can hear you all shout out:

"Rod, will YOU be appearing in the New QL??"

Alas, He will NOT be appearing in QL. But, His idea would be ALMOST as cool.

Why not have KITT and Bonnie appear in the new film?

Think about it logically people, there is something here for everybody:

The Leapers (Inc The Rod)

The Leapers will get a programmer of the calibre of Bonnie, the sharp wit of KITT to engage Ziggy.

The Knight Rider Fans (Inc The Rod)

The Knight Rider fans will get a taste of KITT and Bonnie before their NEW film airs.

The Hot Rodders

The Hot Rodders get a cute babe to look at (well, she WAS cute)
